When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, high-volume periods, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing depends on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are 2-4 business days for UK standard delivery, 1-2 business days for UK express delivery, and 5-8 business days for international shipping. These estimates are not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?
Du Noir works with Royal Mail to ship orders promptly. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What is your return policy?
Du Noir accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, Du Noir will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact Du Noir within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so the team can resolve it quickly.
Do international orders include duties and taxes?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer.
How should I care for my Du Noir pieces?
To preserve the finish of your Du Noir pieces, store them carefully when not in use and avoid unnecessary exposure to moisture, fragrance, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
