Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
International Shipping: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to selected countries. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Du Noir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
